As a rough guide to running your event, we would recommend the following:

• Plan your target numbers and book a venue of appropriate size and style for your event (two tables are able to cater for around 40-150 guests ).

• Decide if you want to sell tickets for event (advised).

• Decide on your ticket price - we would advise charging at least £10 a ticket, which we would then include an amount of ‘fun money’ that can be swapped for casino chips on the night by your guests - usually giving them between £50 to £100 of casino chips.

• Your guests will be able to purchase more ‘fun money’ throughout the event to use to swap for casino chips.

• You can choose the cost, but we would advise that £5 of real money equates to £50 of ‘fun money’.

 

The croupiers are only allowed to take ‘fun money’ over the tables, rather than cash, therefore you will need to have a cashier or someone available during the event to sell the ‘fun money’.

 

At the end of the event, we will advise you of the ‘biggest Winner’ and you can award a prize; the better the prize, the more money people will invest in trying to win; however a bottle of bubbly will also do just fine!

 

Our croupiers will explain how to play the games to your guests, as the event proceeds and ensure that everyone has fun. As you can see, it is possible to raise a large amount of money from your event.

 

It is completely up to you what else you do for entertainment during your event; a disco works well alongside us, as do live bands etc.
